Please be informed that North East Area will be organising 11TH NEA FIRST AID COMPETITION 2017 on 16 & 17 December 2017 at St. John Penang Headquarters. This competition is open to all Divisions not only limited to Penang State but also other states including Perlis, Kedah and Perak.

16th December 2017 (Saturday) – Written Test and Briefing
17th December 2017 (Sunday) – Practical Team Test (Long Case)
